The Service is available solely to natural persons who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age threshold. t20bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the player cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement, including forfeiture of any pending or accumulated balances pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the t20bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or IP addresses) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of any associated bonuses, and potential forfeiture of balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain that information up to date thereafter. t20bet may conduct identity verification checks at any time. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate account termination.

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that using the Service is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. t20bet does not represent or warrant that the Service is legal in all locations from which it may be accessed. Players who access the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and t20bet bears no liability in such circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t20bet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. t20bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify t20bet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

t20bet may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage. This may include providing a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used on the account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of account privileges, including deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity.

t20bet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or irregular betting patterns. Players wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding balance (subject to verification) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

t20bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. t20bet reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may also apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to methods that have been verified through the KYC process. t20bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to verification status and payment provider timelines.

All account balances, wagers, and payouts on t20bet are held and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t20bet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider. Displayed amounts use Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳1,000) — not Bengali numerals.

t20bet reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime. In such cases, t20bet may report the transaction and associated account details to relevant authorities without prior notification to the player.

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and special offers made available by t20bet are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated terms, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. t20bet does not apply retroactive wagering requirements to funds already made available for withdrawal.

t20bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, promotional credit, or associated winnings, and to close any account, if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to artificially clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time at t20bet's sole discretion. Specific promotions may be targeted to particular player segments based on account activity, deposit history, or geographic location. t20bet is not obligated to make any promotion available to all players simultaneously.

All bets placed on t20bet are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including event selection, market, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming a wager. t20bet will not cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of player error.

Betting odds displayed on t20bet are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds are particularly volatile and may shift rapidly. t20bet reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice, including during live events, if there is reason to believe the integrity of the market has been compromised or if the platform requires maintenance.

t20bet reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: clear pricing errors, event cancellation or abandonment, technical faults that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a pre-determined outcome. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day across all markets on t20bet. These limits are available within your account settings and individual market pages. t20bet reserves the right to apply or adjust maximum winning caps at any time, particularly during high-volume events such as BPL finals, IPL matches, and ICC T20 World Cup fixtures.

Players may set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the amount they can deposit into their t20bet account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.

Players may configure on-screen alerts that notify them when they have been actively using the platform for a specified period of time. These alerts are designed to encourage regular breaks and promote a healthy relationship with gambling.

Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to log in, deposit, or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.

Players who believe gambling may be causing them harm may request full self-exclusion, which closes the account for a minimum of six months or indefinitely. t20bet will cease all promotional communications to self-excluded players immediately upon request. All content on the t20bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, interface design, text, software, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of t20bet or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of t20bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t20bet, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults, account suspension, market voids, or internet connectivity failures. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

t20bet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated each time material changes are made.
