Taking a Break
Sometimes the right move is to step away from the platform entirely, whether for a short rest or for a longer period of recovery. t20bet provides two separate mechanisms to help you do this.
A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your account for a fixed duration that you choose: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or access any casino games. All active promotional offers are paused. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated — it runs for its full duration. This tool is ideal when you feel you need a brief reset without committing to a permanent closure.
Self-exclusion is a more serious, longer-duration tool intended for players who feel their gambling has become, or risks becoming, harmful. You may request a self-exclusion period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or a permanent indefinite closure. During self-exclusion your account is fully locked: no deposits, no bets, no logins. t20bet will also suppress any marketing communications to you for the duration of the exclusion.
